Though the NutriiVeda Achieve Shake, which has been endorsed by Deepak Chopra, offers a wide array of beneficial ingredients, at least one of them is questionable. Plus, the price is a bit steep. But all in all, it has the potential to be a well-rounded shake that could benefit you in your health and weight loss goals.
About the Shake
Achieve includes a solid combination of various proteins (non-GMO soy, milk, whey and pea) which creates the shake’s foundation. The first thing to mention is that we are not fans of soy, a controversial ingredient that research shows could be bad for your health. Although the soy used in this product is non-GMO, which is slightly less controversial, we still advocate to remove the soy entirely and lead with other types of protein (like plant-based or hormone free whey).
Achieve does, however, contain over 22 vitamins and minerals, 18 grams of protein, all of the necessary amino acids, and soluble fiber which helps supplement a healthy diet with essential nutrients often missing from today’s processed foods.
The 4th protein used in Achieve, pea protein, is a great addition not only just for its health benefits, but because it has been proven to stave off hunger and suppress appetite, helping you lose weight.
After careful review, we liked what we found in the ingredients in this shake blend, with the exception of the soy protein. Unlike some other shakes reviewed on this site, we found that this one has natural fiber, an added energy booster, garcinia extract, flaxseed, and no additional fillers, sugar or anything artificial or “corner cutting”.
Albeit being a bit pricey at $74.00 per 30-serving bag, Nutriiveda is definitely pushing a good, distinctive shake blend that is packed with healthy nutrients and worth looking into.
